What is Memorial Day?
"Memorial Day is a federal holiday in the United States for honoring and mourning the military personnel who had died while serving in the United States Armed Forces."
So...Ansley why are you talking about Memorial Day? Well...we really don't understand how blessed we are to live in a country that is protected by so many BRAVE Americans! But on this one day of the year we are asked to remember those who have died in service. This weekend as you may be at the lake, beach, or just somewhere in the sun, use a few moments to remember the people that you will never be able to thank, the un-"thank"-able. They have given us so much and we will never be able to give them a big hug and say "Thank You" for what you have given me!
